We were given the task to create a montage of someone waiting for the bus for an hour. We watched the montages from Up and Rocky to help us further our knowledge of Montages.
Run! - Remake - Evaluation Evaluate the use of micro elements in your short film. - Mise-en-scene- Through setting i have created the same setting as the original, as i have used a wooded area, to try and make the film link closely to the original, however trying to add my own spin on it. I never focused on hair make-up and costume, due to the fact it was a quick task and was filmed during school. The use of setting has helped to create a powerful narrative and through the use of this micro elements a simple linear narrative has been created. - Cinematography- I have tried to link it to the original but i have not tried to copy any shots in the original as i have tried to add my own creative twists to it. This decision was caused because of the limited time and i was trying to film from multiple angles but didn't think to closely about the original. Kuleshov Effect This is the Kuleshov Effect which shows a different varity of scene to show the person at the start in a different way each time. This shows how the film industry can manipulate a viewers perception of a character in the Film.
